At Ziba Hair Lounge, our policies are designed to protect the quality of your experience and ensure every guest receives the elevated, unrushed service they deserve. Thank you for honoring these standards.

Appointments & Timing
We are a time-respected studio. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be modified or rescheduled to protect the next guest’s appointment time.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less notice will incur a 50% service fee.
Failure to arrive without notice will result in a 75% no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Deposits
Transformative and corrective services exceeding 3 hours require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Adjustments & Revisions
We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and adjust your service if needed.
